The people that work in the organization are great individuals whom are for the majority very unhappy and seeking employment elsewhere due to the poor leadership at the Executive level.
Cons
NO communication between departments, many departments are severely understaffed and therefore the active employees are OVER worked and provided little to no resources to effectively complete their jobs. Patients and Providers are also equally dissatisfied with the company due to the proven lack of payment on claims. Some Providers are battling payment on claim issues dated back to 2010. The reputation of this organization is very poor amongst the provider community.
