Limited counseling based positions. Rushed directives from upper management that does not consider employee adjustment and patient's engagement. High productivity metrics at time not aligned with quality care. Limited work life balance while on shift, 30 min break not really supported or acknowledged for community based work when clients live on different areas of Travis County.
