Pros
Great coworkers, great cultures both on-site and in management, committed to their core values and doing right by whoever they're dealing with - workers, contractors, tribes, government partners, etc. They talk the talk and walk the walk.
Cons
They're a medium fish in a stormy sea. Market forces have prompted Integra to change their structure and approach, leading to layoffs and a general shift back to traditional mine development practices, i.e. more outside contractors. Not as vulnerable as a junior mining company, but not as stable as a larger firm.
