Learning Opportunities are there only because it’s difficult to leave a job site without fixing the problems causing you to hone your troubleshooting skills.
Cons
They don’t care about their workers. We are all dispensable tools no matter how much experience you have gathered over time. They’d rather have newbies they can lowball and dispose of when they get skilled at the job.
Be prepared to drive for at least 5 hours a day without compensation for your time.
They operate a segmented type of management whereby you can only contact your direct boss. No one else knows you exist unless they need you at the last minute.
Be prepared to always get screwed on pay.
I can go on but I’d leave the rest of the bad reviews for the next unfortunate employee.
