Pros

Overnights are easy, and the supervisors are cool

Cons

Terrible pay for the work that’s done. The hours get crazy if you’re on call, and the amount of times for mandatory overtime was insane. They fed us during overtime, which is cool, but $15 an hour just doesn’t cut it for how emotionally and mentally draining the job is. Also, if you’re not close friends or sleeping with a supervisor, good luck on advancing in the company at all.
