Poor job security In recent years staff are not treated well - it’s all about cost saving without thought for its affect on RSA’s people. IT is awful especially when it goes wrong and it does No work/ life balance - as if you don’t have enough to do with your day job they heap on many little extras due to lack of resources Difficult to get some of the requested work completed as everyone is so busy Offer a good potential bonus - actual bonus is insulting if you get one that is! Not very corporate
