Pros
Team is pretty chill. Mostly white people. Mostly people are remote worker. There is no pressure that we have to come to office.
Cons
Since project is a legacy based, mostly work are data related. They follow outdated technology. I don't recommend other developer to work here if they want to improve their skills. It takes a lots of time debugging and architecture is very complex. It's very hard to understand.
