      Pros

      The positive reviews on here are fake. I was forced to write positive reviews when I worked there. The true pros: They are willing to hire employees without experience. You can use this opportunity to learn a thing or two about the web marketing industry. Use this as a stepping stone in your career. Do your time and move on to another company that will value you and your work.

      Cons

      No company values, morals or ethics. The company has two owners: Roger and Danny. Roger is openly shallow; he will hire women based on their looks. He degrades employees and humiliates them instead of giving constructive criticism and helping them grow as professionals. Danny is the nicer one of the two but will make you lie to customers to retain them. You will be forced to make up positive information to give to customers and write fake reviews for them on yelp.

      In the digital industry, the longevity of experience does help. However, with changing technology, sometimes fresh analytical minds are more important than just experience. One such example: we have one PPC mgmt. guy on board who is less experienced, but is performing better than people with more than 10 years of experience. We hire talent such as you who is analytical and picks up new technology quickly. Once you gather more experience, you will appreciate this comment more. We wish you best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      Great office and team. Weekly or bi-weekly office lunches. Very good about paying on time and generous with employees. Not asked to work overtime. Respectful management.

      Cons

      I don't have any negatives for this company.

      Pros

      I thought this was a very fulfilling work experience. The CEOs were dedicated to their craft and also seem to really care about the growth of their employees. They provided helpful and constructive criticism to improve my blog writing. Overall, they promote an environment that will foster the development and improvement of your skill in this field, and you will learn a lot. Additionally, the workload was manageable, though it will still keep you busy as it is very fast paced.

      Cons

      Its very fast paced so there's no time to be complacent; everyone is constantly learning new things. You will not have a lot of down time during the work day.
