Pros
good benefits if you are hired as permanent instead of contract. ok work environment. managers treat you pretty well. opportunities to move to different departments.
Cons
job gets repetitive after awhile. lots of changes to keep up with that aren`t always well communicated. while there are opportunites to move around to different departments, there aren`t many opportunities to move up.
