Pros

Strong and supportive team culture A company who cares about their customers and communities Very rewarding to help customers through a difficult or stressful claim Great work/life balance Amazing pension options if you stay and grow with the company Impressive health benefits that are very customizable to your own needs Option to buy shares Licenses and CIP courses are paid for by the company.

Cons

There is some flexibility, but it is a business that needs the staff to be available so the hours of work and lunch breaks need to be structured, scheduled and consistent. - Great for some but not for everyone. Not everyone can handle the initial moments with a stressed customer, to de-escalate and transition to a plan forward.
