Currently employed as of 2+ years(Customer Service) so here's my overall opinion. All "call center" environments gonna have your fair share of opinions about the managers (at their time of employment) & agents. One bad agent/manager DOES NOT reflect ALL staff here. As far as my experience, managers are all cool, understanding, and we ALL work together. Everyone is like second family. We work to make money here n the goal is sales, good performance and good customer service. So personally, if you don't at least show you are willing to make money, build clientele/reputation, you won't be here long if that’s the case just being real. I've seen people come and go, but the ones still here past after few months or years like myself and actually been a while know; if you are here, it means they believe in you, or you have proved yourself. Straight up. I’m here cause they believe in me n I believe in the company even as an agent. Bring a jacket/mini blanket cause it's ALWAYS cold. Weekly pay, OT + Commission during enrollment season. Chill place if you here stack your money and understand the goals they want n you want here for yourself
