It's a pay check. The building it's in is nice. That's about it.

Do not work here unless you want to be harassed by managed!!! You have to ask to use the rest room and at times told no. You are monitored and then given errors that are exaggerated and many times created just so you can be given an error. There is no company policy on this, this is created by the Dept supervisor You are talked down to and will be harassed! They turn people against one another. If you need to make a DR's appointment or need a day off even if it's an emergency you're required to give two weeks and if you don't you'll get an attitude from management. There are way too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Word of advice if you apply for this company do not and I mean do not apply or take an offer from the claims Customer Service Unit. The management is so bad they cannot get even internal people to transfer to that area. Unless you like being micromanaged and harassed don't do it!! People walk out of this Dept on a regular basis. Not a good, healthy work environment.
