Pros
Great technology that improves the lives of people. They seem to have noticed that there hasn't been a new product/device in a while and seem to be trying to address that. Comp and benefits are decent and in line with industry standards.
Cons
Favoritism and very political. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Very top heavy organization (5 VPs in manufacturing?) which has/had developed a "the beatings will continue unless moral improves" mentality. People walked out for no seemingly good reason, leaving the remaining employees struggling due to lack of resources. Many late nights or early mornings supporting manufacturing in China. If you don't conform, you will be out the door.
