At IREI we welcome input that can lead to a better company. As a result we continually check with our managers for what they hear from their team as to what we are doing. We instituted an employee wide survey, then an employee led panel (without management influence) assisted in implementation of ideas gleaned from the survey. We meet periodically with Senior Management for input, and remain available to all of the employees for Q&A.
Though it takes time for efforts to adjust the coarse of the company, we're confident that the majority of employees at IREI do in fact enjoy and value their work relationship here. Why? Because they constantly tell us so.
We're proud of our 25+ year of tradition, accomplishment and success. Success & reputation most often reflect a company that listens to its customers and it's employees. 2014 changes recently made in top level management have been focused on providing additive skills and leadership to get this company thru it's next 25 years.
