Pros
IPI was once a fresh breath of air in Boston Biotech non-profit space. What a waste to see it fall from such heights to this bottomless cesspool once the CEO took charge in late 2022.
Cons
The leadership toxicity is next to none. All the working folks putting in their best effort day in day out despite this horrendous leadership. This place is rotting from within, thanks to CEO and his henchmen (with the help from HR)
