Pros
Good place to start your design professional journey. You will learn a lot and get to work on real client projects that you can add to your portfolio. The management is pretty lean. And you have a good work-life balance, as no one will ping you after the end of work hours.
Cons
Lack of communication between the team. Except for the startup call and client calls, it is really hard to get further clarification on the work we are supposed to do. When you try to approach Authority Mostly ask you to rely on your own intuition and design something. There is some guidance, but those are mostly specific to visual design, not UX specific. And if asked to get some clarification, we have to rely on our own intuition, and if we get something wrong, the leadership is not happy.
