      The environment is incredibly dynamic, and once a goal is set --and you have a voice in setting the goals-- you're left alone to work. You get to decide your level of feedback, and management will work with you to help make sure you mesh well with your coworkers.

      Cons

      As a very small company, everyone is in each other's back pocket. You know what's going on with everyone, all the time.

      -Very Small company -Super laid back -Awesome CEO and coworkers -Your work really goes noticed -Bi-weekly group lunch -People are very approachable

      Cons

      -Not much potential for growth -Too much downtime and almost never anything to do -Long, random and boring unnecessary meetings -Have to report a summary of the work done each day -Been working here 9 months and I have not learned as much as I would've liked
