Being able to work from home is amazing, Management and team is all very supportive of working moms. The schedule is great and I've never been turned down when requesting time off. Started in one department and wanted to interview for another after a year and my manager was very supportive of me pursuing other opportunities for growth and knowledge of the company. My hard work for my first year was noticed and rewarded more than I expected during my review.
