Pros

- Learning and Growth Focused Environment: Want to learn a new topic or another role? Great! InstaNatural supports you in learning that area. I personally have never learned so much about a business across departments. There are also monthly Lunch and Learns where the company provides lunch and various departments train the organization on topics they may not know as well like Marketing, Product Development, and Excel. - Collaboration: This is an empowerment driven team and the best ideas come from anyone. I feel that even in meetings outside of the department I work in, my ideas are heard and I have the option to talk it out with any leader from the CFO, to the Director of Marketing, they will listen and work through the solution together. - Challenging: The work can be a lot at times, but the management team does a great job to help you prioritize. - Culture: Okay, this company goes so far beyond any expectations. There are snacks and events on a monthly basis. These events and the care shown for each team member, keeps me coming back. It's a family.

Cons

Same with others, it can get a bit loud but headphones are supported and there are conference rooms and a huddle room to book if you need to make a call, or need some quiet.

Pros

Casual dress code, flex time, great coworkers, unlimited PTO, ability to WFH if needed. Coming from an agency where time was micromanaged, it's nice to be able to have ability to not be in at 9am on the dot or be able to take a WFH day when there's a doctor appt. I like the fast paced environment and never get bored. Have already learned a lot being here for a year.

Cons

There seems to be more opportunity to move laterally (from one department to another) but not necessarily upwards. Better suited for younger people early in their career. Can be stressful at times, but no different than coming from an agency. I like my manager but the CEO was not very welcoming.
