Pros
-Unheard of 401k plan--if you contribute 6%, they contribute up to 12%.
-Great health insurance coverage through Kaiser Permanente.
-Tuition reimbursement after 1 year up to 7500 annually or 30k total.
-There's been a lot of tumult and change in the organization over the last 2 years since they left South Lake Union in Seattle and moved headquarters to Tukwila. It appears there are a lot of people that are incredibly unproductive that are being asked to leave and it's bringing in a lot of new, interesting, and competitive people.
-Only financial institution I've worked at closed on weekends.
-Sales and operation teams have generous compensation compared to other credit unions.
Cons
-A streak of "we do it this way because we've always done it this way" attitude.
-Not a good place to work if you aren't okay with flexibility and ambiguity.
-A tad disorganized, but with clearly good intentions and goals on how to become a more streamlined organization.
