Cons
Management is unrealistic, not supportive, no vision for their people nor appreciation for their people. No culture or engagement aspects within the work environment. No sense of what their employees want; just what the company wants to show the public. Managers cannot support their people; they put the clients first which is not always the proper choice. Managers are not trained to manage their people, just how to manage the client. No room for growth - they have a Talent Department that does not help anyone; instead it is run by people with no experience in training. Disciplinary meetings or any difficult conversations are done with HR being on the managers side always. It is a toxic work environment and many people have left and are still leaving due to under market related salaries, no rewards for performance nor appreciation for team successes.
