Cons
Upper management has become disconnected from their employees with longevity. As new management arrives, they are consistently building their own team to fit their own agenda despite the company values that were instilled by the owners who are now the board of directors. The company is evolving from family oriented and employee centered to corporate image with the bureaucracy to follow along with the change. There have been many turnover rates due to management believing the others should consistently evolve to their beliefs of leadership when in reality they have become a disconnected leadership team. The difference between a boss and a leader.
