Pros
All there is is Flexibility.
Cons
Aside from the flexibility that is good for your first job, especially if you are in school and trying to make money on the side, no flexibility is worth the craziness they go on with at this place. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. They are liars and talk the utmost bs about you behind closed doors. There are no opportunities of advancement unless you're family. This was my corporate nightmare. Whatever you do, run far from their listings, don't get caught up in this craziness. They cut your hours to get on your nerves to quit, to avoid doing paperwork. They don't care about the well-being of their employees, just how much money they can squeeze out of them. The had the girl with COVID on shift. I literally called in sick one day and they said, "we'll miss your sales". If that's not enough to deter you from the company, I don't know what is.
