      - Providing lunch meal - Spacious office with no traffic jams in the area - Friendly and young colleagues

      Cons

      - HR/admin overwrite about the benefits in the JD - compulsory insurance according to labor law does not exist - budget for company trips/team building per headcount is very little compared to other company - the quality of provided lunch meal is not taken care at all

      High Bonus & Work life balance

      Cons

      Management will change direction every few days, Restructuring will happen every few months, with multiple title & job scope changes. Retrenchment will also happen multiple times, citing not earning money, no stability at all.
