Used to be really fun to work here. Lots of changes have been happening and honestly some of the changes were borderline unethical. We all recently heard the rumors of them closing down. Instead of dismissing the rumors, they continued to fire crucial people needed. Clients were not getting reauthorized for services and everyone, including families were feeling the changes. One OTR was asked to only complete evaluations without anyone to see the patients. Highly unethical!!! They also implemented a new rule where we had to clock out if a client cancelled or no showed, but had to still in the building and available. Could technically be considered fraud. Today, everyone has been locked out of their emails and EMR systems without a word from management. The therapy department is now closed. Again without a word from management. For any future BCBAs r RBTs thinking about working here, ask yourself if you want to work for a company like this.
