      Medical coverage was good but that’s all. Good company for white females.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism and gossips about employees to other employees. Promotion is not based on work but who likes you. Racism is obviously a upper management problem.

      Good people, great mission, respect for work/life balance

      Chaotic environment, no real strategy, seems like IS can’t say no so they take on way too much and don’t prioritize
