have great technology and training. they are huge on recognition and awards. take off whenever you choose because it is a 100% commission job
Cons
commissions are low. with the "Obama Care" health insurance careers are comming to a schreeching hault. They have way to many issues with upper management and your income is based largly on bonuses if you can hit the numbers
