Completely remote means I wasn't able to have actual coffee/water cooler face time with employees once in awhile, but we did a company get together in person every year.

When he does engage it appears forced. -He hides behind the leadership team -Does not understand the product or vision resulting in a lack of clear strategic direction for the company.
