Pros
The training is the biggest advantage of working here. We utilize software and the internet to accomplish the needs of our automatic inbound calls. But my favorite part is the communication with the coworkers, if anyone needs anything every is very helpful and dependable.
Cons
It can be bit slow at times, which can definitely cause boredom- in turn a sense of unfulfilled career goals.
