Pros
On a personal level, I've had all my most fulfilling career moments at InsightSquared. I've been given opportunities to pitch & lead projects that elsewhere would be tightly owned by upper management. It's the hardest I've ever worked and that's largely because I'm fairly recognized for it and I have fun doing it. I have a manager who both challenges me but trusts me, and works collaboratively with me to tackle problems & think creatively. On a team level, I feel grateful for my coworkers. It's a "roll up your sleeves and get it done" type environment where I'm happy to help in a pinch even if it extends beyond my role because they've returned the favor for me endless times. During my time here, I've made solid work relationships here that I will carry with me throughout my career. When the time comes that I move onto my next role, my resume is stacked with proud moments & outstanding references to carry me on to my next adventure. In the meantime, I come to work each day happy to be here. What more can you really ask for?!
Cons
If you want to work in a silo or if you want to work 9-5 or if you want to constantly be told what to do and how to do it, you're in the wrong place. It's going to be what you make it.
