Terrible Company, Subbing Standards Non-existent - Substitute Teacher Insight Workforce Solutions Employee Review

1) Jobs are not being made available to employees who have worked in towns for years before Insight took over. 2) The preferential system, where teachers can specify who they want to sub, are not being used, leading to angry teachers and angrier substitutes. 3) The substitutes being sent in place of regular subs have little to no training and wind up not being allowed back to schools in this particular district. 4) You routinely receive calls for jobs for schools you are not registered to sub in. 5) They call all hours of the night even if you use the quiet hours feature so you can try to get any sleep before you have to show up to sub. 6) Multiple employees will send you text messages for jobs that don't exist in the system hours after they've been claimed by other people.
