Pros

Great people at all levels of the company - joining Insight is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together Interesting projects - I have worked at Insight for 3 years and no 2 projects are alike. Insight allows you to be innovative and bring new ideas to the table that will be heard by upper management on a daily basis to better the programs for the Districts and Substitutes. A great culture where hard work is noticed - coming to work is fun and family orientated.

Cons

None really. If you're able to be flexible to new challenges and a team player your hard work will not go unnoticed in this growing company. I have worked for our competitor and value the pride Insight takes in their work.
