Pros
To be honest the majority of my time here was not the best, but it was because of a former employee that was fired a few weeks before I left. This review is going to focus on those last two weeks when I actually got to do more than copy and paste from excel spreadsheets. My new manager, who had been my trainer when I started, was the one who taught me everything I know about marketing. She was patient, fun, and made the job bearable even when it got boring and tedious. I also have to acknowledge the amazing HR that made me feel included (and was always willing to help me) from day one. In fact, most of the employees are friendly, nice, and are willing to assist you when needed. I have nothing but positive words for the wonderful people in this office. Honestly, the people are what make this company so great. If there was a gossip culture, it was because of previous employees that were fired. I really appreciate this company, and especially David, because they took a chance on me when I was right out of college. David really cares about his employees and makes a point to say “good morning” to everyone. He’s professional, but also knows how to joke around with his employees. Thank you, Insight, for an unforgettable first job experience.
