I've been working at Insight Global for 9 months now, and have had a great experience so far. The environment we work in is very fun, and everyone definitely encompasses a "work hard play hard" mentality. The people I work with have become some of my closest friends, and are people I enjoy hanging out with in and out of the office. There are also great opportunities for career advancement early on at Insight Global. After working here for 7 months, I was promoted to a more senior level recruiter role with higher compensation opportunities. There is also a great opportunity to move into a sales role early on in your career at Insight Global. If you work hard and prove yourself, the opportunities here are endless. I would definitely recommend Insight Global as a great company to work for!
