Sketchy and Toxic: They won't pay you what they agreed on the contract! - Account Coordinator Insight Global Employee Review

Pros

1. They train you to be a lawyer. They constantly challenge your understanding of the contract and provide you with a lot of opportunities to review your contract, protect yourself and fight back. 2. A good way to get your foot in the door for some top companies in the world. However, there are many other better contracting agencies out there (better HR, better pay, no trick in contract, actually pay you for overtime, better mental health), so you don't need to go with this one.

Cons

1. Toxic and Bullying culture. They won't pay you what you and Insight Global agreed upon on your contract. Even worse, they will also make you feel like you're the unreasonable one for mentioning your paycheck. 2. Low pay!! 3. Bad for your mental health (since your mental energy will be drained from dealing with payment/benefits issues) I saw a lot of complaints about Insight Global withholding their payment, but I didn't take them seriously because I naively thought what happened to others wouldn't happen to me. It did happen to me, and it will happen to you.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
