      Pros

      They hire amazing people just so you don't want to quit, so you meet some fun people!

      Cons

      You are constantly micromanaged and being watched over your shoulder. If you aren't wearing enough makeup you will get told to put more on and if you aren't "pretty" enough they will not hire you. If you are just a few minutes late, you are in trouble and don't even think about leaving your desk unless it's your hour lunch break. This company tries so hard to create a winning culture of frat bros and sorority girls and underpays an insane amount. HIGH turn over and inside drama. Would advise staying far far away.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
