      My whole experience with Insight Global has been Mr. Parker Smith who is very professional, very cooperative especially in explaining and guiding everything to new resources. He is the best and a bright resource to serve for a company like Insight Global.

      To be honest, I dint find cons because my recruiter was very helpful and always just a call away.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
