      - Low bar for entry - There is a form of company structure - Support team checks in and they’re nice

      Cons

      - No growth or improvement - Abysmal wages - Support team are mostly an ear but has little power to make changes or assist when you have actual work issues or concerns

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
