All organizations participate in continuous improvement activities The senior Leadership team is experienced and well-aligned to drive positive change Amazing place to work to gain solid business experience Corporate Culture is solid and values are lived and enforced

Cons

As with any companies seeking to grow and expand, a strong time commitment is required. My opinion: It is the responsibility of all employees to manage their time and life/work balance in a sustainable way.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
