good work-life balance and easy interview process

toxic culture, bad upper management, low pay and subpar benefits. The staff seemed kind and enthusiastic during the interview process, but upon being hired and starting training, it quickly became apparent that the culture was toxic. Everyone in the office gossiped constantly. The person training me created a hostile work environment and when I brought my concerns to upper management, it was made clear that nothing would be done. They also hinted at breaking the law by forbidding employees to discuss salary. This was my experience at the specific community where I trained, so other experiences could be different!
