Pros
Really great people - had a very warm welcome and lots of meet and greets with people committed to the company Clear onboarding with lots of training and practice - clear check list and mentor to go through Insider's extensive portfolio Opportunity to make an impact - despite having over 600 people, local offices are quite small, so there is lots of space to take ownership and make a difference in the local market
Cons
A little rough around the edges - the company is still young, so processes/ tools can continue to be refined (this can be a good thing if you want to develop improvements!) late night calls - with lots of the trainings hosted by leaders in the main office in Turkey there are many late night calls (for those based in Asia) Pay - don't expect a huge salary package, the company is still in growth mode
