InsideOut does not condone drinking on the job nor being under the influence of stimulants while at work as our company handbook and policies state. InsideOut has a strict HR policy and the company does not tolerate abuse (verbal or physical) of any kind. InsideOut conducts background checks and drug screening before any employee is onboarded.
InsideOut sets realistic commission goals and have many professional employees achieving their sales commissions each month. Commission targets are set before the start of each month and given to each sales rep for review and signature to ensure they know what their sales targets are. The company meets weekly each Friday afternoon to go over employee progress against monthly sales targets.
As far as the compensation package goes, we’ve done our research and our compensation structure is competitive for the industry, role and area. We regularly review competitor's pay in the St. Petersburg and Tampa market and we routinely offer above the average pay scale, all while InsideOut being a small privately owned company. When we factor in base pay, plus the commission, our benefits package (100% employer-paid health insurance program at zero cost to employees, insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO and employee profit sharing, we do have a VERY attractive and competitive package on offer. Of course, don’t take our word for it. You can certainly ask other companies what their comp and benefits are for similar roles.
