Mistreatment from clients is accepted

Some of the people you work with are really cool and amazing. Depending on your account the workload can be manageable.

Most of management sucks. Just pawns sent by the client to produce no matter the conditions. Also have money issues as I didn't receive a pay increase for almost 2 years before I resigned.
