Inovar has built a good culture. They care about their employees and will work with you if things come up.

I wish there was more work to stay busy.

I genuinely enjoy working at Inovar Packaging Group—the people here are fantastic, collaborative, and supportive.

That said, the overall culture is starting to feel more corporate, which can sometimes take away from the close-knit atmosphere we used to have. Still, it's a solid company with good people.
