Some really great, caring and dedicated people trying to do their best in difficult circumstances.
Cons
Terrible, delusional senior management, bullying behaviour retained and rewarded, lack of well informed decision making. Minimal benefits, signs of the financial issues really showing internally. Senior HR strategy is purely about compliance and control, no development or real support of people.
