Pros
I was able to work on a variety of challenging and interesting projects. The work environment is easy, friendly and open. Not too much overtime and was able to adjust work hours when needed. I was able to gain very valuable experience that I wouldn't be able to to from a big company.
Cons
sometimes task instructions were not detailed enough but we were encouraged to ask the questions from either the project manager or client. Some projects deadlines were short.
