Micro managing No clear goals or dead lines Checked in on multiple times a day for progress reports Hires high schoolers, but doesn't help them learn or give them tools or resources to learn from Management shut down ideas, and then the next day proposed the same idea as their own Management doesn't listen to solutions that come from employees
