Pros
At IA, you have the opportunity to be a rock star! It is a flat organization and people are encouraged to do what they do best, but also stretch to be more and do more and learn from each other. There is a tremendous sense of support and camaraderie. If you are in over your head, say so! There is always help available. The culture is unique, fun and quirky... we have done everything from celebrating Tiara Tuesdays to dressing up for Halloween, to participating in a breast cancer run. The leaders truly care about the employees and work/life balance is expected and encouraged.
Cons
If you are a superstar at your current job and want to come work for IA, you better plan for some change. The folks at IA are all so talented. You can come in thinking you are "all that" and quickly realize you are surrounded by people that are smarter, faster and better than you. There is simply a great deal of talent at IA. People will help you get there, but you have to be willing to jump in and learn.
