      Pros

      As an employee working directly with the directors that are extremely supportive and encouraging is honestly a breath-of-fresh-air. From the CEO downwards, the company culture is Customer & Employee centric in equal measure evidenced by the fact that both customers and employees remain loyal.

      The early morning starts can be difficult

      Pros

      Excellent working environment, coming from a corporate background. Welcoming team, very warm and friendly. Open to new ideas, suggestions and innovative solutions. Everyone's view is taken into account. Brilliant office location, new with friendly receptionists who bring weekly treats.

      Cons

      It is currently a small team, but this is why we are able to work more effectively with open minds and room for growth. Could have more benefits, but I am sure this is negotiable. And they would be open to provide them.
