Advancement - twice promoted in the past 3 years. In a sales role, I am advancing my personal wealth because of these guys Management completely approachable - from the middle level, to the founders, easily approachable, and happy to problem solve with me, at any time of the day. Everyone is on the same playing field, which I absolutely love!! Very cool tech type of company! Over the last few years, they have introduced lots of cool new tech, that differentiates them from the competition. In a an ever crowded space, they are always trying to stay one step ahead of everyone. Great Panel- all my jobs barely run into problems! We barely have had to go out for help, as the company is constantly investing back into growing the panel. Benefits - very lucrative benefits package , which is not just typical 401k match, but some profit sharing as well.

This is really me, but I love making money- I work long hours , and could tone it down a bit, but I am young, so one day I will.
